Men's Waxing
As a safe quick and effective way to remove hair waxing is ideal we specialise in male intimate area waxing here at our Edinburgh salon our therapists are fully in this specilaist technique to ensure you get the most from your back, chest, speedo, back sack and crack or any other area you require waxed. Obviously men's waxing is subtley different but be asured at Inside&Out our specilally developed male waxing techniques are aimed soley for men and their needs. Waxing will last approx 3-7 weeks dependent on the individual man and how their hair grows and how often you have been waxed. Waxing for men also leaves no stubble like shaving and as a result of repeated waxing mens hair tends to thin and soften.

Prior to waxing we ensure the male areas to be waxed are properly cleaned and prepared taking extra care over men's waxing and their areas, at our Inside&Out Edinburgh salon our trained therasists use a warm wax, we apply a small amount to the intended area as a test, then the hair is removed using waxing strips which attach to the folicle. When drawn away, the wax being attached to the hairs are removed. We have many excellent pre-waxing and after care products which will help sooth the male areas which have been waxed, tea tree lotion is excellent to calm the skin excellent where you are a seasoned male waxer or it's your first time. Feel free to wear what you like during the waxing treatment although we would recommend men wear something loose, but don't worry we will ensure your modesty is in tact at all times our therapists are well versed with waxing men and the common male waxing areas. We are often asked what if I get aroused don't worry it will pass every quickly our theraspists are trained to get on with the job.

There are lots of different terms for the mens waxing just explain to your therapist what it is you want our of your waxing, Its upto you! The Brazilian lwill leave you with a little hair above the privates, whereas the Hollywood leaves nothing at all. It's upto you. There are things you can do to help your waxing especially in men to help afterwards exfoliating is just one them please ask for one of aftercare leaflets on men's waxing.

Men's waxing - Obviously there are times we would advise against men's waxing for instance varicose veins, certain skin types and diseases, severe cuts and abrasions, warts moles or if you have over sensitive skin, peripheral neuorpathy, peripheral artery disease please ask you GP and our therapists for further advcie on your waxing sessions.
